About Us

CRUKITCHEN, INC. is a company established by Cory Roxas Untalan, based on years of experience in the F&B industry from way back 1999. A Certified Public Accountant by profession, she was introduced to the F&B world when she co-owned Azzurro Bistro, one of the pioneer Mediterranean restaurants in Metro Manila, which opened in 1999. She then took over and managed F&B operations of Linden Suites in Ortigas from 2003-2007, from which she gained knowledge and expertise in banquets, guest relations and canteen concessions.

 

It was in 2007 when Cory established her own brand, CRUKITCHEN. Originally catering to private events, the company eventually ventured into cakes and pastries, which it then started to supply to coffee chains and restaurants. In 2008, CRUKITCHEN ventured into retail operations with its first bazaar at the Baker’s Dozen, Power Plant Mall, Rockwell Center. From then on, its cakes and pastries have become a staple in many households.

 

More than a decade since joining its first bazaar, CRUKITCHEN has transformed into a brand known for its expertise in the food industry. Growing its business to business partnerships, it now supplies to over 50 restaurants and coffee shops. As of 2024, CRUKITCHEN is available as well via its permanent kiosks at MEGAMALL, Capitol Commons, Greenhills, and Glorietta, to name a few. It holds its operations at the CRUKITCHEN Central Commissary, in Mandaluyong City.

 

In 2023, CRUKITCHEN launched CRAVE by Crukitchen, a refreshed café-style concept offering classic CRUKITCHEN products, as well as its new line of beverages.
