Can I order in advance?

Yes! To ensure we have enough time to prepare, all cake orders have a 2-day lead time. We encourage advanced orders for up to 3 weeks before your pick-up or delivery date.

I’m in a rush! Can I order for TODAY or tomorrow?

We’ll try our best to accommodate your orders as soon as possible. Send us a message via the chat box on the bottom right of the screen or via Instagram/Facebook (@crukitchen).

Check out our store directory and call any of our store locations to see if we have the cakes for you! You can also find us on FOODPANDA and PICKAROO.

How do you deliver?

Crukitchen has a partnership with Happymove to ensure your cakes arrive safely. For your convenience (and ours!) all orders on our website will have a fixed delivery fee per area.

Can I pick-up my order or book my own courier?

Yes, you may choose to pick-up your order or book your own rider.

What are your payment options?

We accept payments through Visa and MasterCard via Paymongo, GCash, BPI and BDO bank transfers. We now also accept international payments via credit card and PayPal.
